Homemade mouthwash recipe
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1 glass of water
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Eucalyptus essential oil
- Peppermint essential oil
Boil the water with the thyme. Add the bicarbonate and let cool. When cold, add 2 or 3 drops of peppermint essential oil and another 2 or 3 of eucalyptus.
Put in a glass bottle or jar and keep in the refrigerator because it is a watery product.
As it can be somewhat unpleasant to rinse with the cold preparation, it should be removed from the refrigerator a few minutes before.
