Some people prefer to mix aloe with a grated carrot and a few spoonfuls of apple cider vinegar. In this case, you can use it as a compress, to be left to act for about twenty minutes.

Horsetail

There are many herbs that can help improve blood circulation and, consequently, reduce varicose veins.
For example, horsetail or horsetail has many useful properties for the health of veins and arteries and helps to reduce the appearance of varicose veins in the initial phase.

-2 tablespoons of cypress leaves and bark (20 g)
-1 liter of water

  • Preparation:

1) Heat the water and when it comes to a boil, add the cypress leaves and bark.

2) Let it boil for about ten minutes. Filter and let cool.

Drink 7 tablespoons a day. You can also use this decoction topically, soaking a cotton ball and dabbing the affected area.

Horse chestnut

It is currently considered one of the best natural remedies for varicose veins. It is also used in case of phlebitis because it stimulates blood circulation.
It has the ability to restore the function of the veins and venous valves.

  • Ingredients:

-5 tablespoons of horse chestnut bark (50 g)
-1 liter of water

  • Preparation:

1) Boil the water, then add the horse chestnut bark. Leave to infuse for ten minutes.

2) After this time, filter the infusion and once it has cooled, drink it.

Repeat every day, in the morning or before going to sleep.
