Mango smoothie

Mango contains many vitamins such as A, B6, and C, as well as folate and nutrients that help the body feel fuller.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup with pieces of mango (40 g)
  • 1/4 cup shredded ripe avocado (56 g)
  • ½ cup of ripe mango juice (125 ml)
  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt (fat free) (50 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (15 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar (15 g) Ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Take all the ingredients listed above and put them in the blender
  2. Blend everything until you get a homogeneous mix
  3. Serve in a large glass
  4. Add a little lemon juice and mix well. You can add pieces of mango as you like.

Blueberry smoothie

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a blender
  2. Blend for a few minutes until the mix becomes homogeneous and consistent
